Henrik Andersen, CEO,

Education: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Technical
University of Denmark,
HD - Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management &
International Trade), Copenhagen Business School.
Henrik is the founder and owner of Andersen&Partners Management
Consulting. He has been in global consultancy for almost 20 years,
including 5 years as Partner in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Henrik has a
broad experience from assignments for leading global, regional and local companies. The assignments have been focused around Strategic
Planning, Turn-Around Strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organizational
& Culture Change, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship
Management and Customer Segmentation. Many assignments have been in
combination with IT-system implementations.
Through his books on Customer Relationship Management, Henrik has taken
a leading role in developing PriceWaterhouseCoopers' and later
Andersen&Partners' position as thought leaders within CRM and customer
segmentation. In collaboration with Professor Dr. Thomas Ritter,
Copenhagen Business School, Henrik has further developed, conceptualized
and documented the CUBEical Thinking concept, which has been pioneered
and successfully implemented by Andersen&Partners.
Henrik has also contributed to several international books on
management. For 10 years he has been External Lecturer at the Copenhagen
Business School, teaching International Marketing and International
Market Analysis. Henrik has been working within and across most
functional business areas, and he has experience from many different
industries.
